Elawpro has suspended its UIF individual service to clients with effect from 1 Sep 2022. Current clients’ claims will be finalised. Please note further that we will still continue with registrations and declaration of companies and domestic employers. We have been experiencing issues with UIF that reflects negatively on our company and due to the inability of the UIF offices to effectively assist us, we have unfortunately decided not to continue with the service. It has become almost impossible to assist clients and we urge potential clients to still claim their UIF, albeit at the offices of UIF itself. Fight for your money as far as possible. For our team it became further very clear that it is not a cost-effective service although deep in our hearts we want to assist clients and keep you from standing in queues. It was a hard but necessary decision to take. We are fighting a losing battle and made this decision purely based on UIF’s poor service delivery and overheads for Elawpro. We truly wish every potential client all the best and apologise in advance. We are really sorry for not being able to offer the service anymore.
