Marthie leads ELawPro with over 24 years of experience in labour law. She holds an Advanced Labour Law qualification (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria, renewed in 2023. Her passion for employment law drives the firm's commitment to compliance, client trust and professional development. Marthie’s leadership ensures that the Elawpro team continues to grow alongside its clients.

With 12 years of experience and an Advanced Labour Law certificate (cum laude), Liana oversees administrative operations, client relationship management and Employment Equity services. She also manages the HR Management programme (COGS) and ensures clients receive compliant, industry-specific documentation and support.

Pieter holds an Advanced Labour Law certificate (cum laude) and has over 25 years of experience. He manages site visits, hearings, counselling and performance-related matters. Pieter represents clients at Bargaining Councils, the CCMA, and in union negotiations, offering expert support in conflict resolution.

Mercia has 7 years of experience and holds an Advanced Labour Law Certificate (cum laude). Mercia manages daily operations, assists clients with employment documentation, oversees COIDA, RMA, FEMA claims, UIF registrations, labour audits, as well as internal accounting and invoicing processes.

Oratile holds a BCom in Economic and Management Sciences and is pursuing his BCom Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He is focused on gaining hands-on experience in labour relations and developing practical skills to support clients effectively.
